Build customer relations and apply technical expertise to on-site projects
Oversee field service deliverables, establish operational quality and assure customer satisfaction
Provide customer support by performing on-site installation services
Oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
Approve operational quality of system equipment
Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system
Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters
Report to the Territory Services Manager and work onsite in Seattle, WA and across the Seattle territory
Perform project management functions, including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Support installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems and related software applications
Participate in establishing, measuring, and achieving customer satisfaction metrics
Develop documentation including validation project plans and standard operating procedures

Bachelor's Degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
5+ years of related experience
Experience in industrial automation in Mining, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Metals, Water/Wastewater, Oil and Gas, or others
PLC programming experience, using RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, and FactoryTalk Studio software
Studio5000, ControlLogix, CompactLogix
Ethernet/IP, Stratix Switches
Servo/Motion control
Low Voltage PowerFlex Drives or Medium Voltage Drives products or applications
Multiple networks, including EtherNet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet
