Observe and perform various equipment service processes to drive customer satisfaction
Evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs
Complete necessary service and repair documentation following hospital protocol
Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Enhance technical knowledge of current standards regarding safe use of medical equipment
Mentor and assist experienced technicians
Requirements
AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
Previous experience and/or coursework interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting and planned maintenance on diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
