Role Overview
- Receive, review, and route vendor invoices for approval
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles, including invoice creation, payment application, and approval workflows
- Prepare weekly payables reports for Partner approval
- Review, verify, and process employee expense reports; communicate reimbursement status as needed
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks
- Assist the Senior Accounting Manager with bi-monthly payroll, invoicing, and month-end close activities
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting (degree, diploma, or certificate) preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and Outlook
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Expensify) and online payroll systems preferred
- Experience with cross-border accounting (U.S./Canada) and A/P portals (e.g., Ariba) preferred
