Conduct regular audits of internal workflows to ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal protocols
Receive, investigate, and document all incoming complaints, operational incidents, and compliance breaches
Monitor legal items and regulatory updates, ensuring the QA department and broader production teams are informed of changes that impact day-to-day operations
Extract and analyze monthly audit reports to measure department performance
Collaborate with the production teams to refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on audit findings to minimize future risks
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in an Administrative role in repossession or financial institutions
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
