Role Overview

• Handle cases from inception with minimal supervision
• Counsel and litigate general liability cases
• Collaborate with clients and provide superior client service

Requirements

• 2+ years of general liability litigation experience
• Solid knowledge of applicable law, including counseling and litigation
• Excellent academic background
• Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
• Self-starter able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
• Commitment to superior client service
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: New York, additional admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey are a plus
