About this role

Implementation and execution of data ETL, management and engineering
Development of user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools
Enhance data and knowledge processing effectiveness and efficiency
Improve workflows for internal data analysis, interpretation, and clinical report writing
Implementation of data models and software frameworks
Monitor database performance and optimize queries and processes
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary and regulated clinical diagnostics environment

Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent
3+ years of comprehensive experience in related field
Experience in Python, R, or C++
Experience in data ETL, data management, and data sharing for genomic and clinical applications
Knowledge of database management systems in SQL database
Understanding of database architecture, design, and optimization
DevOps experience such as unit testing, CI/CD is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
