Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing executives
- Manage up to 22 senior executive member relationships
- Lead CMO/SVP, Marketing breakout sessions
- Develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions
- Critique client strategies and assist in developing marketing strategies
- Facilitate member participation in research studies or case panels
- Host and participate in virtual member activities
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience working as a SVP, EVP or CMO or in a senior management role in a Marketing Executive level capacity
- B2C EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
- In-depth understanding of the Marketing Function and the role of the CMO
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time/project management skills
