Research and Testing: Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps
Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and gather user feedback
Product Design and UX: Create wireframes, concept designs, prototypes, and product specifications
Collaborate with team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
Maintain comprehensive design documentation
Collaboration and Innovation: Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, present design concepts to stakeholders, stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
5+ years of experience in user experience design
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
Experience designing products at various stages, in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and team building skills
Skill in quickly understanding customer needs and mental models
Experience in planning and conducting user research
Proficiency with digital design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
Thorough understanding of constraints and capabilities of designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
