Support team members with project coordination, application review, and documentation management.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, customers, and community partners.
Review energy models, energy scores, and technical project documents for accuracy and completeness.
Track, analyze, and report program data to support rebate metrics and workflow management.
Apply data‑driven insights to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with CLEAResult and client systems.
Learn and apply requirements across multiple statewide energy rebate programs.
Identify, escalate, and help address project or performance issues in collaboration with leadership.
Provide system support and troubleshooting for trade allies and customers, including complex cases.
Participate in and support team and client meetings, including preparation, updates, and follow‑up.
Requirements
2–4 years of general operations experience.
At least 2 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction, or building science.
Experience with reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid data management and analytical skills.
Proven communication and leadership abilities.
Must currently reside in Oregon.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
