Embed with partners and stakeholders across quant model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury trading desks to understand user & end customer pain points and desired outcomes from modeling tools
Partner closely with users & end customers, including Quant and Treasury teams, to translate business requirements that enable model development, testing, and deployment
Drive alignment across stakeholders by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing development of capabilities and features, and ensuring end-to-end delivery
Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess customer usability, adoption, and solutions impact, continuously iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Background or hands-on experience supporting model development, analytics, or quantitative workflows
Demonstrated ability to translate business partners’ needs into clear product strategy
Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and third-party systems limitations
Strong ownership mindset with ability to both drive work independently and through/with others
Ability to influence multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities
Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
