Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned United Concordia dental applications
• Analyze issues, clarify requirements, and determine root cause across data, configuration, and system behavior
• Support production incidents and escalations
• Provide guidance on expected application behavior
• Define and validate testing scenarios
• Collaborate with United Concordia to ensure changes meet business expectations before release
• Compose business vision and requirements and personalize for different clients
• Participate in the full software development life cycle as part of Agile scrum teams

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum 3
• 5 years in IS/IT
• 1
• 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma experience

• 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry

• 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
