This role requires a Hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
Support the design & execution of the company's strategic planning process
Development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization
Responsible for project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication and implementation
Assist in the development of strategy for initiatives
Support leadership in defining organizational strategy across the portfolio of the business
Identify new opportunities providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Work with business owners to manage projects applying the right framework/methodology
Develop, communicate and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
Organize and coordinate cross-divisional / cross-departmental activities
Facilitate stakeholder acceptance of engagement deliverables
Contribute to the development of business and functional strategies through preparation of clear, well-written analysis and materials for strategic planning discussions
Work with department management to track status of strategic initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, data analysis and reporting, and/or other relevant experience
3 years of experience in Health Care Industry (preferred)
3 years of experience in Consulting (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Strong quantitative ability with relevant experience
Strong project planning and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problem-solving and conceptual thinking
Ability to work in a team, to work under stress and to manage tight deadlines
Proficient computer skills with MS Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint
