Maintain detailed, accurate client records and produce comprehensive reports and evaluations.
Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust plans as necessary.
Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources as part of a holistic care approach.
Contribute expertise in structured tasks to support and train AI models, enhancing their ability to recognize and respond to behavioral health scenarios.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and compassion.
Strong organizational skills with a high standard for documentation and confidentiality.
Ability to assess client needs, develop effective interventions, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
Technological proficiency and comfort participating in remote and digital programs.
Experience training, mentoring, or supervising in clinical or educational settings.
Background in contributing to technology or AI-driven health initiatives.
Bilingual skills or experience supporting diverse communities.
