Internal Communications Specialist – Engagement

Role Overview

• Support the execution of internal communication and engagement initiatives
• Administer and maintain internal communications tools
• Manage content scheduling and updates in alignment with content calendars
• Support the development and sharing of Team Member stories
• Coordinate logistics and communications for internal meetings and gatherings
• Track and monitor internal communications metrics
• Partner with the People Team for submissions for external awards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Human Resources
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with communications tools and platforms (e.g., intranet software, employee apps like Blink, Adobe Suite, Canva or email newsletter tools)
• Comfort with managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
