Working closely with a multi-discipline design team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction.
Working on water and wastewater projects related to municipal facilities and infrastructure.
Preparing engineering specifications, data sheets, sketches and drawings.
Performing engineering calculations.
Coordinating with discipline engineers (process mechanical, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and site civil) to collaborate on design and construction activities.
Reviewing contractor shop drawing submittals and RFIs.
Performing field work and site visits from design through construction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or related engineering discipline
EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months
Entry Level to 4 years of experience
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Master’s degree in Environmental, Civil or related engineering discipline preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit BIM
