Consultant I, Professional Services

Role Overview

• Assist clients in meeting organizational goals and objectives.
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide consultative advice, recommendations, and solutions to clients.
• Perform and document Discovery for new implementations.
• Build, configure, maintain and edit best practice workflows.
• Go-Live support and adoption of the company's products.
• Travel up to 75%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Data Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting and/or direct implementation experience with ambulatory health information systems.
• 6+ years of experience working with healthcare-oriented clients and projects.
• Experience working with and managing process improvement and/or clinical/business transformation projects.
• NextGen NCP Certification within 6 months of employment.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, or other database management tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery including but not limited to the HITECH and MACRA legislation and related programs and regulations.
