Senior Implementation Consultant, Clinical

Role Overview

• Guide customers through the implementation methodology and deployment of home health and hospice software
• Serve as subject matter expert on the proper use of Homecare Homebase application
• Lead clients through Discovery, Design, Build, and Test phases of implementation
• Guide customers toward established best practices
• Support clients and internal team members throughout onsite and remote Deployment
• Communicate effectively and understand customer’s needs, goals, and strategies
• Assist clients with change management efforts
• Research customer inquiries and determine sources of issues
• Maintain product knowledge as new enhancements are released

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience
• 3+ years' experience in home health or hospice field
• Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to travel and/or support up to 50% in service of clients across the country
