Reconcile accounts, audit, track assets, and manage legal/regulatory reporting

5+ years in workers’ compensation claims handling, unclaimed property management, accounting, or related financial operations
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Understanding of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
Claims adjudication processes
Bank reconciliation procedures
System-based transaction controls (e.g., stop payments, voids, refunds, recoveries)
Proven leadership and team management
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
