Manage a full caseload of motor vehicle negligence claims and/or general liability claims
Manage junior attorneys and/or staff in their case-related responsibilities
Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
Record and disseminate all information on behalf of the clients
Analyze and summarize medical or other case related records and highlight important information
Write reports to clients analyzing issues and communicating the status of the case
Explain litigation to those unfamiliar with the process
Take charge of cases to move them toward cost effective, efficient, and fair resolutions
Juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines
Manage junior attorneys and staff

6+ years of experience in civil litigation with a specialization in either motor vehicle negligence and/or general liability
Experience handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other complex assignments
Experience in handling a full caseload
Experience in managing junior attorneys and/or staff
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with less experienced attorneys, senior attorneys, partners, staff, clients, opposing counsel, and the court system.
