The Sales Support Analyst plays a key role in managing buyer payment follow-ups and processing sales adjustments (including collapsing sales).
This position is responsible for ensuring timely collections, resolving billing discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Success in this role requires a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The analyst will serve as a primary point of contact, collaborating closely with internal teams across Liquidity Services and liaising with buyer company representatives to support smooth transactions and issue resolution.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in an office environment, preferably supporting operations or sales teams.
Exposure to industrial or heavy equipment industry preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Comfortable navigating internal systems and databases.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
Ability to identify and communicate potential issues promptly.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
