Role Overview
Drive operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and business performance for the Electrical Power organization
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams for new product introduction
Lead large strategic projects and improve manufacturing capabilities
Develop Standard Work tools and procedures for Manufacturing Engineering organizations
Lead portfolio management of Chief Manufacturing Engineering (CME) initiatives
Act as primary interface between Manufacturing Engineering and Finance for cost management
Mentor and coach Engineering leaders on business operations and execution discipline
Foster a high-performance culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Operations)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering Leadership and/or Operations Leadership
This position requires U.S. citizenship status
