Role Overview

• Overseeing the management of large loss litigated casualty claims
• Providing strategic legal consultation to claims professionals
• Collaborating closely with defense counsel
• Controlling litigation costs and maintaining oversight of legal files
• Developing and implementing sound litigation strategies
• Serving as a trusted resource to the General Liability team

Requirements

• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience in Large Loss Litigated Claims, education and training
• Must have passed the Bar exam.
