About this role

Own and evolve our Agentic & Vertical Apps experiences in Figma
Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution
Inform and evolve Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, AI interaction models, and agent behaviors
Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping
Act as a force multiplier for the design team by mentoring designers, reviewing work, and challenging assumptions.

7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows
Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems
Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility.
