Identify opportunities for Electric Power for expansion of eCommerce tools and solutions.
Work with internal partners to drive alignment, communication, and execution.
Develop eCommerce growth plans for targeted global dealers.
Drive eCommerce customer activations and the deployment of support programs.
Manage metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools to monitor performance.
Requirements
Four-year degree in business, economics, finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
Ability to leverage information in creating customized customer solutions.
Working knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective communication skills; ability to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
Working knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Knowledge of business development tools, techniques, and approaches.
