Role Overview
Map Current Footprint: Document existing on-prem investments, identifying gaps between current capabilities and cloud-based functionality.
Design Future-State Processes: Develop optimized process flow plans for migrating on-prem data assets to Microsoft Fabric.
Support Automation Initiatives: Collaborate with technology teams to identify areas for potential automation and assist in implementing solutions that streamline the migration process.
Analyze Migration Progress: Track and report on progress against migration needs based on process and automation implementations.
Prepare Communication Materials: Create clear documentation and presentations for leadership on workflow and automation improvements along with progress towards mapped migrations.
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting college program
Background in business process analysis, operations, or management
Interest in data engineering and cloud-based data platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SQL proficiency
