Role Overview
- create relationships with clients and act as a liaison between the local design team, client, and remote design teams
- lead business development efforts for I&C-related master plans and design projects
- produce marketing content specific to each pursuit and negotiate contracts
- lead projects and manage SCADA Assessments and Master Plans
- advise utilities on upgrading or replacing existing SCADA systems
- coordinate marketing, planning, design, and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities and industrial water pursuits
- provide local interface by attending client and contractor meetings and performing field investigations
- monitor and control project schedules and budgets
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting
- 4 years’ experience in water/wastewater industry
- 2 years’ experience in project management and business development
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work
- Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
