Requirements
8+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or similarly complex environment
A strong sense of ownership
The ability to reframe problems like a designer
Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other peers
A solid understanding of how AI systems work
Previous experience in any of the following a bonus: multi-sided marketplaces, financial data handling, regulatory compliance, and locale-specific privacy/security requirements
