Role Overview
- Developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs
- Carrying out housekeeping duties in overnight-stay locations
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards
- Determining the needs of the clients' operation
- Mentoring employees and creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved
- Ensuring safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant
Requirements
- Requires 1-3 years of related experience
- 0-2 years of experience in a management role
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
