Role Overview
- Lead custodial operations and supervise, train and direct the custodial associates.
- Reports to and supports the Custodial Manager Senior or Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations.
- Trains employees on proper and safe use of all equipment and chemicals.
- Ensure safety moment and safety training are completed on a daily and/or weekly basis.
- Review, edit, and approve timecards in Time Keeping System.
Requirements
- Must be physically able to lift, lower, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to squat, kneel, and crouch frequently.
- Ability to work primarily indoors, however, outdoor work to support the team may be necessary in any weather condition.
