Provide user support and maintain the Salesforce platform
Build relationships with multiple technical teams including Product Engineering teams, architects, and external vendors
Intake and triage questions from business users
Troubleshoot production issues collaboratively with the Gravie Salesforce team
Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie
Support Third Party Application and deliver new features for technologies like Pardot, ON24, Agiloft, Conga Composer, ZoomInfo, BenefitFlow, and OwnBackup
Lead data hygiene efforts by performing data loads, data fixes, and periodically review data health
Support User Provisioning and Licensing/Access Management
Support Credential/Access Management for Integrated Services
Build reports and dashboards to support production issues or business needs
Build declarative solutions in Salesforce
Collaborate with other technology teams to deliver cross-platform solutions
Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce administrator certification
5 years of experience with Salesforce
3 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
