Manage a team of Supply Chain Planners and Procurement Specialists
Exhibit end-to-end supply chain competency
Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment for cost, schedule, quality, and risk avoidance objectives
Use data analytics and performance metrics to drive planning decisions
Lead and develop high-performing teams through clear expectations and continuous feedback
Ensure procurement procedures and best practices are followed

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, business management and/or business related field OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain, project management, business management and/or business related field
Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Excel etc.
Current active DoD Secret level clearance to apply/start
Ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
