Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Five to ten years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting for technical and nontechnical positions.
Prior experience building and nurturing a passive and targeted talent network of entry to senior-level technical professionals.
Proven success utilizing traditional sourcing methods and executing innovative talent engagement and acquisition strategies.
High degree of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism combined with an ability adjust readily to ambiguity and changing prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
High proficiency of LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Teams; Strong proficiency of ATS and HRIS platforms.
