Role Overview
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding & Personalization and AI
- Partner closely with our AI engineering team
- Lead AI product strategy
- Drive personalized onboarding experiences
- Set the standard for data-driven product development
- Lead discovery and validation efforts
- Serve as a force multiplier for the product team
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for major launches
- Contribute shared frameworks and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated expertise in AI product management
- Deeply data-driven
- Experience owning onboarding, activation, or personalization product areas
- Proven ability to drive full product lifecycle ownership
- Deep expertise in product discovery and user research methods
- Strong cross-functional influencer
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
