Staff Product Manager

Role Overview

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding & Personalization and AI
• Partner closely with AI engineering team to define and ship AI-powered features
• Lead AI product strategy and prioritize roadmaps
• Drive personalized onboarding experiences
• Set the standard for data-driven product development
• Lead discovery and validation efforts
• Serve as a force multiplier for the product team
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams
• Develop go-to-market strategies for major launches
• Contribute shared frameworks that improve product org effectiveness

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated expertise in AI product management
• Deeply data-driven approach
• Experience owning onboarding, activation, or personalization product areas
• Proven ability to drive full product lifecycle ownership across multiple teams
• Deep expertise in product discovery and user research methods
• Strong cross-functional influence
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
