Principal Product Manager – AI-Native

Role Overview

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Translate goals into clear problems, hypotheses, and bets.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.
• Own metrics, dashboards, and weekly business performance.
• Run experiments (A/B, holdouts) to drive growth.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner and lead integrations.
• Deliver high-conversion, learning-focused UX with Design.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Mentor PMs and elevate product practices.
• Advance AI capabilities (LLM/RAG, personalization, copilots) with robust evaluation.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading consumer software products at scale.
• Strong analytics: metrics, experimentation, data-driven decisions.
• Proven funnel optimization for adoption, conversion, retention.
• Exec-level communicator in fast, ambiguous settings.
• Expert at decomposing problems and making trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring PMs (plus).
• Hands-on with AI-native tools and workflows.
