Oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project.
Manage financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors.
Delivering a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning and Safety Plan review.
Understands the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information.
Requirements
4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
