Responsible for delivering clean, structured datasets and distilling them into the "top 3" most actionable insights that drive immediate value for our clients.
Build and maintain the "Research Playbook," creating scalable processes for deep-dive audits for clients.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical research, data science, or performance-based marketing analytics within a SaaS or agency environment.
Hands-on experience with LLM configurations and prompt engineering.
Proven ability to manage large datasets and the "detective" mindset required to find patterns in the noise of AI-generated responses.
Can take a high-level marketing question and break it down into a technical measurement plan with clear "can/cannot" parameters.
Excellent at working cross-functionally with both creative/editorial teams and technical/engineering teams.
Eagle eye for detail and pride in delivering "clean" data.
