Serve as a primary point of contact for public records, reporting, and data requests.
Support the ongoing management, monitoring, and quality assurance of licensing systems.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate system functionality, timely updates, and effective communication of project plans and outcomes.
Complete action items related to system functions including setups and regular maintenance needs.
Monitor and update regularly scheduled system functions and processes.
Communicate with internal and external groups to keep them informed of project plans, updates, and upcoming events.
Provide regular status updates to supervisor.
Serve as office’s point of contact for inquiries and requests for public records, reporting, and data.
Recommends solutions and provides technical assistance on routine records management, data requests, and fulfillment problems.
Assist in creating, analyzing, and distributing reports and visual dashboards as necessary.
Research and evaluate data, providing analysis to supervisor and office personnel as needed.
Use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, state systems and the internet – researching and evaluating information and resolving issues.
Participate in Quality Assurance processes and testing for assigned licensing system(s).
Requirements
Six years’ professional experience in data analysis, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, or administrative work.
A bachelor’s degree can substitute for four of the six years.
One or more years of working in the State of Florida’s People First system
One or more years of experience working with People First Talent Management
Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal history check (fingerprint-based) in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.
