Responsible for day-to-day management of the Vesta 911 call handling customer services contracts and relationships.
Ensure contractual obligations are met and drive appropriate resources to solve complex issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO Support teams throughout customer engagement.
Accountable for the execution of service agreements, deployment of field resources, and escalation management.
Deliver consistent service levels and manage customer escalations effectively.
Requirements
High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree, OR 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Technical Customer Support, 911 Centers, or Public Safety required.
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
