Produce high-quality marketing assets across channels including paid media, web, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement
Execute designs using established brand guidelines, templates, and systems—while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency
Adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring assets are optimized and on-brand
Help maintain and evolve Relay’s design systems, templates, and asset libraries
Manage multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a production design, junior design, visual design role (in-house or agency) or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrated through your portfolio.
Strong foundational design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, spacing, and consistency
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing clean, accurate, polished work
Comfortable working within brand systems and understand the importance of consistency at scale
Eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback from more senior designers
Collaborate well with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly about timelines and deliverables
Proficient in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
