Own and continuously improve the process to capture, validate, and report Procurement‑generated value (e.g., cost savings, cost avoidance, process efficiencies, risk mitigation)
Partner with Procurement and Finance to ensure savings are aligned with budget expectations and financial recognition policies
Consolidate and report value delivery performance through dashboards and executive‑ready reports
Maintain and evolve governance standards, policies, and methodologies related to value tracking and reporting (e.g., definitions of hard vs. soft savings)
Perform periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines
Serve as the primary gatekeeper for Procurement value data across internal systems and tools
Develop and enhance tools, templates, and processes to improve value tracking and reporting consistency
Train Procurement team members on value capture methodologies and data submission protocols
Analyze and steward historical and current spend data by category and site to support sourcing strategies, value opportunities, and forward‑looking insights
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Procurement analytics, models, and dashboards to support spend analysis, value delivery tracking, supplier performance management, inventory optimization, and contract compliance
Act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, and business units to manage the end‑to‑end value reporting process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or related business roles
Strong understanding of Procurement processes and value levers (sourcing, negotiation, contract management, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in Procurement Value modeling including should-cost models, TCO (total cost of ownership) models and integrating market intelligence data into value calculation
Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools such as SAP ECC, SAP S4, Oracle or PeopleSoft
MBA or Master’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain or Procurement is preferred
Professional certifications in Supply Chain such as SCMP, or analytics certifications such as CAIP – Certified Analytics & Insights Professional is preferred
Experience standing up Value Governance and Reporting framework in a large-cap organization is preferred
Experience in implementing a digital solution or platform to automate data collection and reporting is preferred
