Provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of continuing care capital grant programs
Navigate complex stakeholder interests and manage politically sensitive issues
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design standards and legislation
Influence policy, partnerships, and long-term solutions that enhance facility-based care
Lead collaborative initiatives across the health and housing sectors
Manage a team of Program Analysts to deliver the Continuing Care Capital Program effectively
Requirements
University graduation (4 years) in a field related to the position such as Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Project Management, Business Administration, and any other related majors
Six (6) years progressively responsible experience in the areas such as Project Management, Continuing Care, Building and Infrastructure, Construction, Facilities, Engineering, Risk Assessment/Management, Architecture, Modernization, Grant Development, Grant Administration, etc.
