Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clinicians, guiding them through each step of the onboarding process
Schedule and execute regular touchpoints via phone, text, and email to ensure clinicians remain on track toward their target start date
Proactively obtain required information and documentation to support onboarding completion
Deliver concierge-level customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams
Coordinate onboarding transactions, communications, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Partner with HR and internal departments to ensure accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless transitions
Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance clinician satisfaction
Support Clinical Leadership with new hire orientation activities
Participate in quarterly onboarding survey analysis and KPI review to support continuous improvement

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe, Visio, or related tools preferred
5+ years of clinician-facing or customer service experience
Experience in healthcare, credentialing, licensing, or onboarding processes
Strong technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and related systems
