Own the global activation and change strategy
Design and coordinate activation waves
Partner closely with regional leaders and business teams
Anticipate and manage change impacts, risks, and resistance
Work closely with product and program management teams
Act as a senior integrator across activation, communications, and delivery efforts

5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or large-scale enablement roles
Proven track record of driving behavior change and adoption in complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders
Experience operating across regions and cultures in a global organization
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
