Translate customer feedback, field insights, and usage data into clear requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Partner deeply with engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable capabilities—balancing innovation with operational excellence.
Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategy, launches, and enablement.
Support strategic opportunities by participating in customer conversations, technical positioning, and complex deal cycles.
Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, customer value, and platform performance.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring ICAP continues to meet the expectations of regulated and mission-critical environments.
Requirements
3–5 years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure platforms.
Strong understanding of ICAP, proxy technologies, secure web gateways, networking fundamentals, and content inspection workflows.
Proven experience owning roadmaps, writing high-quality requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to ship enterprise-grade software.
Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, gathering structured feedback, and incorporating real-world security use cases into product decisions.
Comfort collaborating with sales and marketing on positioning, launches, and adoption.
