Opentext Exstream Engineer

Role Overview

• Design and develop complex customer communications using OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Communication Designer including letters, notices, policies, claims, and regulatory communications
• Proven experience in content authoring and orchestration
• Strong expertise in XML and JSON data models, schema design, and mappings
• Effectively integrate Exstream with upstream and downstream systems including policy administration, claims, CRM, and ECM
• Support data transformation, enrichment, and pre-processing logic
• Test, debug, and perform tuning of Exstream applications

Requirements

• 8 years of Experience with Opentext Exstream
• Strong hands on experience with OpenText Exstream CN Design Manager and or Communication Designer
• Design and develop complex customer communications using OpenText Exstream Design Manager Communication Designer including letters notices policies claims and regulatory communications
• Proven experience in Content author and orchestration
• Experience with batch on demand and interactive communication processing
• Strong expertise in XML and JSON data models schema design and mappings
• Solid understanding of CCM concepts document composition and multi channel delivery
• Experience in testing debugging and performance tuning Exstream applications
• Experience with Create and maintain schemas data dictionaries and mapping specifications
• Integrate Exstream with upstream downstream systems eg policy admin claims CRM ECM
• Support data transformation enrichment and pre processing logic
