Role Overview

Requirements
- Proven engineering leadership at scale
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution at high velocity
- Strong technical and architectural judgment
- Experience operating in messy, inherited environments
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing engineering teams
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Strong cross‑functional partnership skills
- Outcome‑driven mindset
