Role Overview
- Works with clients to plan their financial goals by building a financial plan
- Recommends banking and investment strategies
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal providers
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment
- Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever one sets their mind to
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships
- Communicates effectively and confidently
- Efficiently manages time and capacity
