Lead and manage the divisions portfolio of engineering analytics and automation tools to support organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across engineering systems and capabilities.
Establish and enforce centralized governance for tools, scripts, datasets, and AI/ML models, ensuring strong lifecycle management, documentation, version control, and cyber-secure development practices.
Own the technical IP lifecycle from concept through protection readiness.
Build, develop, and mentor a specialized technical team focused on data science, analytics, automation, and AI/ML.
Analyze engineering workflows and perform process mapping to identify opportunities for automation, data enhancement, analytics, and AI/ML deployment.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on IP status, technical risks, emerging technologies, and development progress.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering analytics, software/tool development, or data/AI/ML initiatives.
Minimum 3 years of management or technical leadership experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Demonstrated experience with automation, scripting, analytics, or engineering tool development.
Experience defining or guiding technical architecture, development standards, and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data engineering workflows, and analytics methodologies used in engineering environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
