Lead and support SAFe transformation efforts across the organization, helping teams and leadership transition from traditional models to Lean-Agile practices.
Conduct current-state assessments of Agile maturity, identifying areas for improvement and creating action plans to increase SAFe adoption.
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on SAFe roles, processes, artifacts, and principles to ensure consistent implementation.
Promote cultural change and a Lean-Agile mindset by modeling servant leadership, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Partner with the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and organizational leaders to align SAFe practices with enterprise goals and governance.
Support development and refinement of SAFe practices, tailoring them to organizational needs while ensuring alignment with framework guidelines.
Facilitate communities of practice, workshops, and training sessions to reinforce SAFe competencies and accelerate transformation.
Use SAFe competency assessments and metrics to measure transformation progress and guide improvement initiatives.
Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies and events including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync), System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.
Coordinate and synchronize multiple Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.
Remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve dependencies that cannot be handled at the team level.
Lead and coordinate project planning, execution, and tracking activities across Agile Release Trains to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Manage cross-functional program schedules, including release calendars, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations, to support ART execution and enterprise objectives.
Drive risk, issue, and change management practices across multiple teams, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Drive continuous improvement across the ART by fostering a culture of learning, metrics-driven decision-making, and Agile best practices.
Act as a servant leader and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams, supporting SAFe adoption and Lean-Agile mindset.
Maintain visibility and transparency of ART progress, performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Management and Business Owners, to align priorities and ensure shared understanding of goals.
Support continuous delivery practices and promote DevOps integration to improve flow and quality of releases.
Mentor teams and reinforce SAFe framework compliance throughout the organization.
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in Agile delivery roles, including significant experience with SAFe transformation and enterprise-scale implementation.
Must hold a SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant – SPC).
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
